Mr. Allan McNally is the founder and owner of McNally-LLC in the USA and McNally Reliability Consulting WLL located in Bahrain. He has 22 years of experience working as a rotating equipment reliability engineer in various industries specializing in axial compressors, centrifugal compressors, and steam turbines. He resides in Richmond, VA and has a second home and an office in Manama, Bahrain representing the Middle East. He enjoys conducting root cause analysis solving challenging chronic issues that affect turbomachinery-specifically when it deals with rotordynamics, vibration, and flow path design issues. He loves traveling the world and spending time with his family. He received a BSME from LSU and an MBA from Murray State University.

JOSEPH SHEPHERD

Mr. Joseph Shepherd has 15+ years of experience working as a Metallurgical-Corrosion engineer in various industries. He received his bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering from NC State and has his professional engineering license (P.E) in Alaska, North Carolina, and Louisiana. He holds an AWS CWI stamp, and is ASNT Level II certified in UT Shearwave, Mag-particle testing, Penetrant testing, Leak testing, and Visual Testing-he is an NDT champ. Joseph has a natural talent developing repair procedures for turbomachinery as metals, machining, and welding come natural to him and does an outstanding job when it comes to machinery failure analysis. He lives in Anchorage with his wife and kids. He loves to cook with local ingredients including salmon, Alaska spot prawn, halibut and moose. If you ask nicely he may give you some samples!

FRANK KUSHNER

Mr. Frank Kushner has 50+ years of experience providing turbomachinery vibration and noise analyses solutions, especially for compressors and turbines, including rocket engines besides industrial equipment. He received his BSME from Indiana Tech and MSME from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He worked as an engineer for 35 years at Elliott Company, then 13 more years there as an in-house senior consulting engineer. He has specialized in rotor-dynamics conducting modal analysis, analytical studies, failure analyses, and reviewing new/modified designs of machinery especially bladed disk components to preclude problems as well as assisting with sales and warranty issue.
